The FOSCAL Clinic has 38 years of experience serving a large international community in need of medical services such as curative treatments, aesthetic and cosmetic procedures, and preventive medicine. We have the ability to anticipate our patients’ particular needs and concerns, allowing them to fully concentrate on their recovery.

In order to make our patients’ experience as relaxing and stress-free as possible, our International Department assigns each international patient a bilingual health care assistant who works one on one with him to coordinate an all-embracing VIP service experience that includes:

  • Doctor contact, consultations, and surgical procedures.
  • Paperwork and price quotes.
  • International insurance billing.
  • Hospital admittance and bedside follow up and assistance.
    • Post-surgery family contact via phone, skype, or email.
    • Escort and language services.
  • VIP Concierge services (lodging, transfers, and sightseeing tours).
    • Airport pick up/drop off and assistance through immigration.
    • Recovery Retreat and Hotel accommodations:
    • - Regular visits by a qualified nurse and staff
      - Patient follow up back home

Additionally, our staff is always on hand at FOSCAL to keep you informed and accompanied in all your appointments. We make sure that all your needs are well-taken care-of.

Depending on your particular condition and necessities, you may be treated on an outpatient basis (your evaluation, tests, and treatments are done in the Hospital and then you return to your lodging at the end of the day); or you may require hospitalization on premises.

The International office at the FOSCAL clinic accepts insurance from all over the world. Our dedicated and experienced staff is available to assist you with all your insurance questions regarding benefits and coverage. Please let us know what is the name of the insurance company you have, so we will be able to contact them and give the best medical services to you.

Make sure you have a major Credit Card handy since a deposit will be required for admission at any hospital, while your insurance benefits are verified.

The International office at the FOSCAL clinic will give you the possibility of getting a complication insurance with Compass Benefits.

 

Patient Amenities

At FOSCAL clinic you will find a wide variety of complementary services to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Some of which include:

  • Internet Access: High-speed wireless Internet access is available to all patients and their guests throughout our buildings at no charge. We also offer computers with Internet and e-mail access for FOSCAL clinic patients and accompanying family members diverse locations and waiting areas.
  • Food Services: The Medical Buildings host complete cafeteria services, and open 24 hours 7 days a week. We offer a diversity of restaurants and coffee shops to suit your tastes.
  • Financial and other services: There are two banks who offer international financial services 6 days a week. The Hospital is also located 10 minutes by walking from an area named Cañaveral, providing you with easy access to shopping venues, cultural attractions, malls and different kinds of restaurants.
  • Pharmacies: Four outpatient pharmacies are available for your convenience. They also offer home delivery by calling the phone service: (577) 6477272. Prescriptions can also be refilled and shipped anywhere in the world.
